Sleepover Tents FAQ's
Space Required
Each tent comes with a full size single air bed that is 185cm's long.
Each tent comes with a breakfast tray which requires an extra 36cm at the end of the mattress. If the space isnt available the trays legs folds underneath and can be placed directly onto the beds.
Please ensure you have measured your space before booking and that on the day of your set up the area is clean and clear of any furniture that requires moving before we arrive. Please note we will not be held responsible for insufficient space for your sleepover set up, no refunds will be given.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may apply depending on your location, this will be calculated for you when you fill out our booking form with your postcode.
Deposit
A £5 deposit per teepee is required to secure your booking and date. The deposit is non - refundable unless in extreme circumstances your booking is cancelled by us. If your party is less than 2 weeks away, full payment is required at the time of booking. See Covid-19 policy for further terms and conditions regarding deposits.
Payment
Full payment is due one week before your sleepover. BACS details will be given to you with your invoice.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide you wish to cancel your party with more than one weeks notice, your deposit is non refundable but no further payment is required. If you need to cancel your sleepover with 48 hours or less notice, no refund will be issued but we will do our very best to work with you and reschedule your sleepover.
